Domino and Notes Metadata CSV Export

Looking for a way to export one or more of your IBM Lotus (HCL) Domino or Notes databases to CSV including all attachments and images? Look no further!

We provide a quick turnaround service to do just that. The export includes the extraction of all attachments and images. In addition, we provide a best effort rendering of your Notes documents to HTML.

So, if you’re looking to port/migrate your database to a different platform or maybe you’re just trying to archive a database offline because you don’t want to continue your license support and maintenance, this service is perfect for your needs.

How does it work?
You just need to send us a copy of the database via secure file transfer and we take care of the rest. If the database is too large to be transferred, then we can also perform the service remotely at an additional cost.

What do we provide to you after the export?
Every Notes document contains a Document Unique ID that uniquely identifies each document. The first column in the CSV file contains that same Document Unique ID and attachments and images are extracted to a folders with the ID, as well. We then create HTML renderings of the documents as they appear in Notes when viewing on a Domino web server. The HTML renderings are “best effort” because we rely on Domino’s own web engine for the extraction. Therefore, as long as Domino can render it properly, then our extraction process can export successfully as well.  Once completed we zip up the resulting folder and provide you all of the metadata!
